Salman Nasir, BSEE, MSEE, MBA, PMP®, is a Partner at SemiTech Insight, bringing over 18 years of experience in R&D leadership, strategic business development, and technology management across the semiconductor, aerospace, and advanced sensor industries. Formerly Director of the R&D Program Office at Natcast, supporting the CHIPS for America initiative, and Programs & Site Lead at Battelle, Salman has led multi-billion-dollar research portfolios advancing U.S. microelectronics and AI innovation. His technical expertise spans microelectronic hardware, EO/IR sensors, RF systems, and high-performance computing, with notable contributions to NASA’s Artemis/SLS and ULA launch vehicle programs. An MBA graduate and certified PMP® and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Salman has received multiple industry and DoD honors, including the Defense Manufacturing Technology Achievement Award, and helps organizations accelerate innovation, strengthen operations, and translate complex technologies into strategic growth.
